The big ball is a wonderful piece of equipement that will add challenge to your pilates exercises. It is versatile and will assist in improving core stability and control as well as improving mobility and flexibility. This class will aid in: improving core strength improving pelvic floor muscle strength improving balance through better stability improving muscle tone better posture through increased core strength better flexibilty

What do I wear?
Just wear what you would to a pilates class; socks (no trainers), comfortable clothing.
